Delete your LeadWallet account

In the app

Open Account, tap Delete account, and confirm. Your account and every Lead are deleted at once.

Your subscription, if any, continues

Deleting the account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it in your App Store account settings, or in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.

What stays for a time

Backups keep deleted data for up to 7 days in Singapore and up to 35 days at Cloudflare, with best-effort placement in Asia-Pacific. They are read only to recover from a failure. The full list is in the privacy notice.

Without the app

Email support@karseekr.com from the email address of your account. We confirm by email, then delete the account and every Lead.
